As a professional Life Coach, I work with people who want to acheive the next level in their personal and\or their professional lives and people who just feel stuck in a rut. As you know, many successful people have hired professional life coaches, people such as Oprah and Tiger Woods, Brad Pitt and Meryl Streep. Not because they have great difficulties or problems, (though Life Coaches can certainly help in those areas) but their coaches bring them insight, an extra push, that accountability that takes them from good to great. They know the secret - When you are not improving, somebody else is and when you compete with that person, they win!

I had the privilege of training both the public programs and those held in-house by both government and private sector industries. As Vice President,I was also responsible for all the marketing and management areas of the corporation for the province of Saskatchewan.
