This entrepreneurial venture is over 30 years old and has been a driving force in the nutrional protien business for both humans and animals.
Grober Nutrition is a major producer of milk replacement products and have had a significant impact on the health of young animals in the dairy farming industry.
Nutrablend is one of Canada's largest compounders and R&D centres for human whey protien supplments.
Veal is the best possible meat protien on the market, low in fat and high in protien and Delft Blue Veal has a signifcant market share in North America.
Delft Blue Farms have created concepts such as group housing for calfs and feeding systems that maximized the well being of these young animals. Currently Delft Blue Farms are establishing a Biogas system that will use manure from the farms, combine it with fats, oils and greases from restaurants and produce methane gas to run an electric genset that will produce 360 killowatts of power per hour.
As Director of Innovation my sole mandate is to help the Grober Group stakeholders commericalize ideas that will sustain the growth of all the companies.
