EFT Practitioner:
I dived into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) about a year ago and since then, I use it everyday. I am undergoing a certification process to deepen my skills and I enjoy every minute of it.
Professional musician :
Played in several band in the region of Quebec, recorded at least 10 full length albums most of them published by independent artists, performed live in hundreds of shows and festivals of all kinds. I also gave drum clinics in schools.
Yoga Instructor:
I teach hatha yoga, hatha flow, pranayama and meditation. I am passionate about yoga and I feel grateful to have the opportunity to teach it to others as a means to a better physical, emotional and mental health.
