Ken Wiebe's Summary
As a mortgage consultant my job is to work on YOUR behalf to obtain the mortgage that best suits your needs and at the best rates.
I am able to assist with all the types of mortgage financing - residential and commercial purchases, construction financing, refinances, renewals, consolidations, second mortgages and tax deductible mortgages.
This is one of the biggest investment decisions of your life so take advantage of the expert knowledge I’ll provide to help you make the best choice of a mortgage. Not all mortgages are the same so let me walk with you through this important process.
After a thorough evaluation, I will help you make an informed decision and obtain lower than advertised interest rates - all at NO cost to you! (OAC)
I will search, on your behalf, among a pool of lenders across Canada with the objective of saving you thousands of dollars.
Specialties: Renewals – making sure the banks don’t eat your profits and making sure penalties are minimized for your best interest.
