As the Managing Partner Carolyn has over 17 years of legal recruitment experience. She joined Marsden to assist in the growth of its Domestic market. In recent years Carolyn has used her understanding of the legal market working with Canada’s major law firms and corporations to help them find the right professionals to meet their legal recruitment needs. Her clients include law firms and corporations who have come to depend on her knowledge of both the talent and the legal markets.

Prior to recruiting, Carolyn trained as a broker in the securities industry and studied political science at York University. A mother of 3 and a fitness enthusiast and snowboard instructor, Carolyn is also an active fundraiser participating in the Weekend to End Breast Cancer since its inception in 2003. Carolyn has spoken at a number of conferences and industry events.
