While I have been professionally employed as a software developer since 1989 my career as a software developer actually started at the age of 13, the first day of grade 8 to be exact.
Since then I have written software for systems ranging from embedded micro controllers to personal banking on commodity game consoles to web applications. I have worked in a diverse set of industries such as finance and banking, gas and oil, telephony, music sharing and now social networking.
