    In addition to the role of Publisher, I work with our Web developers to enhance our Web site, Backbonemag.com, which offers news, content from the print magazine, an events calendar, directory listings, industry links, blogs, careers and press releases, e-newsletters etc. This also allows me to gain valuable feedback from our readers.
    I am presently working on enhancing our distribution through new corporate alliances in addition to the existing 115,000 copies through The Globe and Mail, Bell Canada, Air Canada lounges, Industry Canada, HR companies/consultants, retail outlets, individual subscriptions, 100+ trade shows throughout the year.
    My goal is to grow the magazine in all areas: distribution, brand, content, design quality, online, staff/team gratification and revenue.
