His past involvement as an executive team member at one of Canada’s largest professional Technical staffing firm enabled him to “eat his own cooking” through the implementation of solid business processes and staff development programs that reflected in the growth of the firm’s contract staffing division - from a $500,000 operation to a $160 million revenue generator in ten years. He was the major driving force behind the development of a huge pool of sales and recruitment professionals that enabled the firm to grow from a single location to 12 offices across North America.

As a keynote speaker at industry conferences, Stephen has successfully motivated and inspired his audiences – topics have included leadership, sales, sourcing and recruitment processes, employee retention, corporate culture, training and career development.
