My values are many but I am most focused on enabling human potential and developing a sustainable human impact on the planet.
From a Senior Strategist at one of the largest digital shops in Canada to the President of my own boutique social engagement firm, I have worked with clients of all sizes on how to more effectively engage their customers using emerging behaviors and digital tools.
I am continuing to develop the effective use of "Serious Play." Serious Play is one part facilitation, one part structure and three parts freedom. It enables us to explore issues with a design mindset and to redefine problems in ways that generate more effective results for the organization, the end audience, the culture and even the planet.
