As an Enterprise Architect I've contributed to the growth and maturity of small, medium and large enterprises. I plan and execute strategic initiatives that earn significant business value. To accomplish this I leverage my extensive business and technical background to optimize and align processes and infrastructure with business goals.

As a Project Manager I've taken full responsibility for the orchestration, implementation and deployment of solutions – making decisions, leveraging my interpersonal skills to work through issues and taking action as needed to Get Things Done.

As an Analyst I listen carefully and ask the right questions. I design effective business process and technical solutions that bring groups of people together to help each other get more done with less effort. I use my documentation and presentation skills to communicate ideas and earn buy-in for solutions.

Started working in the I.T. world as a teenager in the late 70's. 25+ years of experience working with people of all backgrounds as a business owner, trouble-shooter, analyst, project manager, electronics engineer, software engineer and general handyman. Able to listen carefully and understand everybody from the C.E.O. to the maintenance staff.

Extensive experience in problem decomposition. Ability to reduce complexity without losing detail, resulting in simplicity that works. Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent presentation skills. Extensive community service.
