Sandy Bodnar’s Summary
30 years in the real estate business. Some of those years were spent in the State of Michigan, USA, and remainder are now in Toronto, ON. Canada. I specialize in helping my clients residential real estate. I get most of my business from referrals from past clients and that tells me that I do a good job of making them feel comfortable by taking them through the process of buying or selling their home and making their dreams come true.
Favourite areas to work in have been the Toronto area, downtown/waterfront, also sold in Mississauga, Oakville, and Caledon.
My goal is to sell my clients' properties in a timely fashion, with the least inconvenience, at the highest price possible.

Have been in the real estate profession for over 30 years, counting both the United States experience and Canadian. My US experience comes from the state of Michigan, whereby I carried a broker's license and also did all the closings on real estate transactions. Michigan does not need lawyers to close transactions.
This provided me with extra knowledge, that most Canadian realtors don't have.
I also had a Notary Commission for over 10 years, sponsored by my State Representative in order to be able to obtain it, was bonded and insured.- Activities and Societies:
- Gardening is a passion of mine, and I always have a great garden, which helps me to relax from the stresses of real estate. As well my husband and I travel, our second love. I absolutely love cats, and currently we obtained a Maine Coon Kitten, Ashiz!
