As eAdvocacy Coordinator and manager of the Toronto office my roles are diverse and many. The C2CC is a nimble organization that operates virtually across Canada. We are made up of volunteers from our 70+ member organizations who work across the cancer continuum, survivors, advocates, practitioners, legislators each engaged around the idea that 'we can control cancer'.
I coordinate and develop the C2CC's online presence through social networking tools, web 2.0 communities and by creating custom "actions", issue campaigns and activities that help our membership connect with their government. Our approach is to partner and never shame governments. We celebrate their successes and highlight where we can make further significant progress.
