Rosemary Warren’s Summary

I've always worked in I.T. I've done something different in every position I've had: programmer, DBA, webmistress, technical writer, support -- everyone needs quality support. I've worked in big companies and tiny startups, manufacturing and services, profit and non, with cutting-edge (at the time) systems and some held together with duct tape and a smile. I love buliding databases, and finding patterns in data. SQL is a friend to me.

I believe in helping you and your company make the most of its hardware and software investment. I'll learn the features that were shipped with the software, but you're not using right now, and then I'll teach you how to work with them. I can churn out well-worded step-by-step process descriptions in the blink of an eye.

For those of you who like to match people with tidy labels and boxes, I will frustrate you. But for those of you who can see that such a variety of experiences will bring flexibility and imagination to you, we'll get along fine.
