I'm Director of Strategy for West17Media, a online marketing agency.
My job at West17Media is to make the money clients spend on digital products e.g. websites, videos, paid ads, and search engine optimization (to name a few) turn in to more revenue and improved growth for the client.
In the past year we have had some amazing successes, few of which were quite a amazing in their results.
One client I worked with locally grew his business 110% as of November 2011. We worked with him for 12 months as of November and we continue to improve his profit margins and his total revenue. We provided him with copywriting, a website and search marketing (SEO) during this period and as of December 2011 we will be launching his first email marketing campaign.
Another client was one of the top real estate agencies in the Indianapolis and we moved her business into the #1 spot for several keywords all of which we targeted over a period of 6 months. That client continues to work with us and is reviewing the possibility of expanding our services provided by including email marketing. An area that was a strategic source in our ability to both win the work and keep it was our mastery with Google Analytics.
Finally we recently worked with a new kind of client (an engineering firm) on their communications priorities and clarifying their messaging. It was a great experience because not only were they extremely happy with our speed and flexibility, but we (them and us) were quite proud of the results.
