A proven enterprise TRANSFORMATION leader.
I have done it.
I have coached others to do it.
I can help you do it,
or do it for you,
or help you find the person to do it.
Transforming enterprises takes a different set of skills, values and attitudes than running a company well.
Talk with me, and you will understand why.

Turns out that I am better at transforming organizations than I am at most other things.
So I have started Transformation Partners, which is really just an out spring of the consulting business at WCI, under a different brand name.
At Transformation Partners... ....
We work in partnership with you.
We will help you figure out how to
1. turn around your enterprise or business problem area,
2. start it up and set it up for success if that is what you are doing,
3. help you staff it with the right transformational leaders,
4. lead it ourselves if the business deals makes sense to you and to us,
5. monitor progress on the transformation, and help you keep it on track.
That's what the word "partners" means.

As a management consulting firm, we have been working with clients on people, process and tooling issues for over 20 years. Our website has detailed information on the services we provide.
In the last years, we have been more and more involved with organizational transformation. Roelf Woldring now focuses on this.
We will work with clients in any of the areas described on the web site but find that we are most valuable when we can address problems that require INTEGRATED people (HR), process management (business process re-engineering) and automation (information technology) solutions to succeed.

I got lucky. I had to start work in my teens while I was finishing my high school education at night.
That meant that I was learning about project management, application development, information technology and a variety of business environments in a "hand on" way during the day.
At night, I choose to learn more about people at work. First, I did so through first undergraduate studies in history, psychology and sociology. Then later, after working for over 15 years, through graduate studies in small group psychology, organizational psychology, organization theory, and organizational change.
This rich mix prepared me perfectly for an on-going career focused on helping people succeed at and through work.
DBA (incomplete) , Management , 1998 — 2001
Received Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy
PHD (all but dissertation) , Organizational Behaviour / Theory , 1976 — 1980
Entered this program on a full time basis after completing undergraduate education as a evening student, having worked full time for 15 years. Developed an on-going interest in staying up to date with management research as a result. Was invited back into an executive career before completing dissertation. The research work itself, completed as part of an consulting assignment, profiling the internal dynamics of a vice-presidential and senior executive team of forty was both technically challenging and deeply intriguing. (Used multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis to prepare physical models of the interaction of the members of this group.)
Ongoing Technical Interests: Internet as a driver of social and business change. E-learning and E-publishing. Emergency management response, including use of incident command system, reality based emergency simulation, "black web sites" for emergency management team response coordination. Digital Photography
