Cassandra L Gierden’s Summary
Cassandra Gierden founded Prophet Coaching in 1997 and her team of coaches focus on career and life coaching both delivered one to one and in workshop formats.
In 2005 she founded Distinct Planning Division which creates distinct leadership and business planning programs to groom organizations future leaders. With one of their clients, Sysco Food Services, they were the winners for the 2007 PRISM Award of Excellence in Toronto and 2008 PRISM International Award alongside the BBC of London.
Currently she is leading the coaching component in the franchise group of the fastest growing Home Healthcare Company, Nurse Next Door, and works with all our franchise partners across Canada.
She is regularly approached to speak about the ongoing benefits of executive onboarding where her work continues to be recognized in the media, including Canadian HR Reporter, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Vancouver Sun, Calgary Sun and Canadian Living magazine.
Life Coaching
Cassandra was profiled in a year makeover working with a family; mother, father and two daughters aged 13 and 8 with Canadian Living Magazine. She continues to be a mentor coach to new and seasoned coaches.
Entrepreneurial Coaching
Having build two successful businesses Cassandra was approached to teach at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) in her specialties of Time Management and Goal Setting. She was honoured to give a speech at their graduation on ‘How to be a Successful Entrepreneur’. As well, she is called upon to be a business adviser and presenter in other entrepreneurial programs.
Career Coaching and Management
Has helped launch a Career Program on the Sunshine Coast called Search | Strategize |Sustain and has designed and facilitated two components of the program.

2007 Prism Award of Excellence in Toronto - Sysco Canada and Prophet Coaching won the award in the large business category. Sysco partnered with Prophet Coaching in a wide-ranging leadership development. Twenty executives each year are enrolled in the program running since 2004 which includes training, face-to-face coaching, telecoaching and communication support. These individuals have learned how to develop action plans, identify strengths, and transfer their skills to their respective teams.
