Published writer in the field of Enterprise Content Management: white papers Taking Control with Web Content Management (2003) and Managing e-Mail as Enterprise Content (2005) for the Info-Tech Research Group.

After attending OSCOM3 at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet and Society interest in open source alternatives extended to content management systems like Plone, Drupal, and others.
