Mark Cunningham’s Summary
I have been involved in numerous start-ups over the past 18 years.Each of them has provided different levels of experience in areas such as fund raising, investor relations, sales and marketing, product management, R&D, customer service and strategic partnerships. The great part about being a business founder and leader is that I quickly become aware of every area of a business...whether I like it or not!
My main area of expertise is business intelligence software. I was on the original team that created a product called Crystal Reports which was the worlds first windows based reporting tool. Since my Crystal days I have gone on to create multiple start-ups in the business intelligence market including Symmetrics - a contact center performance management software business and Indicee - a software as a service (SaaS) reporting and analysis application targeted at medium sized businesses.
I was also the founder of Symmetrics Pro Cycling which was Canada's largest pro cycling team project and the #1 road cycling team in North America.
Other Interests: surfing, kitesurfing, aviation, cycling, photography, guitar.
