Founded in 2001 by Linda Ockwell-Jenner, Motivational Steps was created to provide simple and practical solutions for businesses and individuals. The company has enabled its customers to realize their full potential and continues to find new ways to bring increased value to future clients.

Linda is co-founder of the Small Business Community Network, along with her husband Dave Ockwell-Jenner. The SBCN celebrates it's 7th anniversary November 2010.

Linda was born in Birmingham UK, and now lives in Ontario Canada. She is a two time breast cancer survivor who decided, only a few months after being diagnosed the 2nd time, she wanted to help people. Her areas of expertise include Health & Wellness, Change, Business Start up, and Social Networking. Linda is the "Secret Shopper" on Social Networking sites.

A Life Like Mine, 2nd Edition, was published by Motivational Steps in order to reach a wider audience. Linda's 2nd Book, The APE Philosophy, For Everything Money Can't Buy was recently launched. Motivational Moments™ is the ground-breaking podcast from Motivational Steps. Linda Ockwell-Jenner was amongst the first to offer a regular podcast aimed at providing insightful commentary on everyday life.
