•Internal specialist for tracking all social media conversations around lululemon athletica. Responsible for elevating topic trends and conversations cross functionally to ensure a unique and cohesive online and in-store experience for our guests.
•Partner with Social Media Manager and Specialist(s) to share and gather feedback, trend forecast, and create online content that is relevant and specific to our online communities
•Lead a team of three online community educators who are responsible for the daily interactions with our guests across various social channels
•Resident social media specialist at our Guest Education Centre, responsible for implementing social media practices and enhancing the guest experience across various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wordpress, FourSquare, Yelp, Flickr, and other core platforms.

•Complete a weekly Social Media report highlighting key insights and findings using Radian6, Google Analytics, and Facebook insights. Distributed cross functionally to elevate the guest experience.
•Lead weekly and monthly reporting duties on various Digital Innovation projects and worked closely with project lead(s) to elevate and enhance digital communities through the beta phase.
•Managed the team responsible for providing key insights and feedback on various internal digital communication communities prior to full company roll out
