Limbic Media Corporation is a company incorporated in early 2006 and based in Victoria, BC, Canada. Our objective is to realize:
1. a platform of patented, proprietary, real-time interactive media control technologies for use in multi-media entertainment markets, education, research, and the fine arts.
2. a new genre of interactive multi-media art we term "Limbic Media" - a genre which will have its own specific aesthetic vocabulary and theoretical basis.
3. a set of Limbic Media artworks, which will function both as proof-of-principal demonstrations of our technology platform, and as products in their own right. -
