Suicide is something that impacts most people at some point in time, regardless of their demographics. The goal of our committee is to raise awareness around warning signs that someone might be thinking about ending their life; education around how to provide support and about local resources that are available; and supports available following the loss of someone that you care about.

I serve on the Conference Sub-Committee - Our next conference is November 5, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza, Niagara Falls.
