Visionary customer-centric strategist with a fascination for customer behaviour. I've spent a decade in digital business strategy spanning projects in ecommerce, web, mobile and social media across North America, Europe, Japan and Australia in retail, high-tech and tourism.

Senior Digital Marketing Advisor

Managing the digital team, I developed and managed major digital marketing projects for TransLink's 5 brands and 6 operating companies. This included managing websites that receive 25+ million unique visits and planning the marketing technology roadmap across mobile, web, email, apps and social. I was a key digital advisor to the executive team, providing thought-leadership across the digital domain.

As an intrapreneur, I rebuilt internal brands to adapt to a mobile focused audience through a highly matrixed government environment (yup, it was a challenge). I guided UX/UI design, grounded in data analytics to drive product decision making. As product owner of their ecommerce website, I guided a product roadmap that involved international cross-functional teams and agencies, continually deploying new features in agile format.

Digital Marketing Strategist

Developed digital marketing technologies, campaigns and strategies for B2C brands including iStation, WirelessWave, Fairmont and Whistler Brewing. Grounded in data analysis, I uncovered opportunities for brands to get their message across to consumers in the digital space. Managing the design and development teams involved, I launched campaigns across web, social media, mobile, and custom-built software applications.

Responsibilities included writing digital strategies, social media marketing, ecommerce, website management, content marketing, Google Analytics, Adwords, project management and developing marketing technology.

Re-branded a 25-year old design firm and built marketing strategies to overhaul of all client facing communications including web, social media, branding and events. Worked with the firm’s partners to develop marketing initiatives that grew new verticals and captured an international client base. Notable clients included Panasonic and the City of Whistler.
