Jason Knight

I have extensive compositing experience and knowledge having completed a Masters Degree in Digital Effects through the National Centre for Computer Animation at Bournemouth University and have been working on feature films and commercial production for the last 7 years. I particularly enjoy compositing as it combines both a technical and creative approach and enables me to work with a shot through to completion ensuring that a high quality and aesthetic uniformity is always achieved.

I am extremely competent in all areas of compositing including layering of elements, matte extraction, color grading, 2D tracking, etc. I am experienced with Shake in all aspects including creating macros as well as programs such as Nuke, Maya, Flame/Inferno, Monet/Mokey and Boujou. As well as compositing I have experience with using 3D software such as Maya and Houdini, which I have used in projects on occasion.
