The Community of Practice is a working group, where active participation by all members is essential and has contributed much to it's ongoing success.
Current work being done includes a Capability and Maturity Model for Workforce Planning, a defining Matrix and assessment tool, and a variety of data sources and analytics including networking connections that are being complied to support the supply and demand research of these companies.
