To establish the foundation for the Intelligent Comunity, Bill led the strategy, architecture and process for creating of one of the world’s most advanced open access community communications infrastructures and services including plans for $70 million of financing for its installation and operation over the next fifteen years.

We finance the training of prosecutors and police officers from around the world and work with relevant agencies to provide thought leadership and assist in finding the 50,000 young people who are today dispayed in 1 million images on the Internet as they are being abused by the pedophiles.
