For over 10 years I have been working in the fast developing field of direct marketing and sales in several managment positions. I have gained great experience in dealing with people and by forcing myself to exceed beyond my own expectations.
My own experiences of handling clients directly just as I would ask my staff has taught me to understand the pressures and rewards of dealing with the problem or questions on a first contact basis.
I have had the opportunity to work in Account Management and Client Services managing several multi-million dollar accounts ranging from BMG Music Services, Financial Institutions such as CIBC and Home & Wireless Telecom providers Sprint Canada, Cingular and Rogers Wireless.
I have learned to meet the demands of not only producing measurable sales results but also to ensure quality and customer care. My role in client services has ranged from new product sales development and launches to reconfiguring existing campaigns to exceed expectations while exploring new marketing initiatives.
Most recently I have gotten back into my field of study in college with marketing and public relations in journalism for the Construction News and Report Group. I have worked hard on improving brand awareness while forming strategic alliances with new associations and companies such the Niagra Home Builders and Tree Canada.
