With over 20 years working in revenue management, Gary is a recognized master. He also wrote the commercial training manual for the Lufthansa Systems ProfitLine Yield Rembrandt RM system.
Gary is the author and instructor for RM training at the Aviation Training and Development Institute (ATDI) of the International Air Transportation Association (IATA). He has published an article in the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management, a book on the basics of revenue management, and he has developed several more RM courses, which he has delivered at in-house seminars in airline companies and at airline industry conferences around the world. More recently, he is working online through a distance learning venue with individuals who are looking to improve their knowledge and skills in the field.
Gary is a dynamic, highly rated conference speaker and chair. He has presented at many RM conferences and workshops, including: PROS, IATA, Eye for Travel, Marcus Evans, and Lufthansa Systems.

Gary is a dynamic, highly rated conference speaker. He has presented at the PROS User conferences in Houston, the IATA RM and Pricing conferences, and the Eye for Travel Revenue Management, Pricing, and Transportation Distribution conferences in Amsterdam, Miami, and Chicago. He has also presented and chaired at the Marcus Evans Revenue Management conference in Barcelona, Rome, Bangkok and Singapore, and at Lufthansa Systems workshops around the world.
