I am a Communications consultant/advisor. I have a unique combination of technical and interpersonal communications skills that I use to help business and technical people to improve their communication skills and knowledge in the workplace.

I've delivered communications-related workshops, coaching and training to groups and individuals for over fifteen years in all sectors: public, private, not-for-profit and academic.

My approach is grounded in Communications and Keirsey Temperament Theory. I work from the premise that miscommunication is inevitable and that when we know how and why miscommunication occurs, we are better able to manage it and get on with whatever project we're working on.

When we are given the opportunity to learn how to manage miscommunication, we have less stress and more fun at both work and home.
