I am an experienced senior IT Project Manager, PMP certified, with over 9 years of project management and project coordination experience. Originally in the commercial leasing business, in which I improve my skills in managing client demands, improve operations and administration procedures. I joined Nexient to develop their learning services business & managing e-learning consulting, design and development of custom training solutions to address needs of corporate clients in various domains.
I also implemented a Project Management Office, initially for the Learning Services department, which offered services to clients across Canada. This initiative required analysis of corporate requirements, objectives, structure and available technologies to design, develop, implement and support improved processes, methodologies and various forms & templates to be used by Project Managers across Canada. I have been involved in numerous projects, from IT projects to soft skill design & development projects, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationship with new and existing clients.
I am professional, passionate, and dedicated to client satisfaction but also profitability. I am always looking for ways to improve how we currently do business to simplify processes and communicate better with various stakeholders (internal and external). Lastly, I am continuously improving and maintaining my skills to get more knowledge about my profession or the business for which I provide my services.
