As the Capability Improvement Coach®, Paul coaches leaders to consistently achieve the results they want, when they don’t see the numbers they need. He does this with a unique balance of fun, passion and with a focus on performance.
Paul designed and led the Executive Coaching community practice of the International Coach Academy (ICA Australia 2006-2008) and is Director of the Institute for Professional Advancement (IPA Canada). He is a Resource speaker coach for Vistage (previously known as The Executive Committee TEC, the International Advisory Board for CEOs).
He was selected to the ‘Top 100 Corporate Coaches in the World’ by a leading independent coach portal and recognized as a “Success Story” in Canada and the U.S. by the Canadian Consulate General Conference on Training and Development.
Paul’s professional coaching, thought-provoking Keynotes and customized training are based on 30+ years of real world experience in successful leadership assignments from the 'back room' to the Boardroom in six countries. He's community-minded too - a week after 9/11, he volunteered at GROUND ZERO.
Paul's licensed sales and leadership coaching and TeleClass leader certification programs have been delivered in significant groups including: IBM, Toyota, the Society of Management Accountants, the International Organization for Entrepreneurs and the International Customer Service Association.
He has professionally served on significant Association and Organizational Boards of Directors - currently as Membership Portfolio Chair for the International Coach Federation ICF Toronto Chapter (one of ICF's top 5 chapters worldwide). He also served on the founding Boards of Directors for AIC, the Association of Independent Consultants and CAPS, the Canadian Association for Professional Speakers. He co-led the Accreditation Committee of HRPAO, the Human Resources Professionals Association.
