Our firm works with our clients to assist them in decreasing their taxes, increasing and protecting their assets, and converting or eliminating their mortgage debt through the creative use of mortgage, insurance, and investment products.
We have chosen to take a "Mortgage Centred Financial Planning" approach because we believe that one of the largest and most significant financial decisions most of us will ever make is to purchase a home and then find a way to pay for it. If this is true, then we feel that it is essential that we start at the beginning in each client situation and build out from there looking at their entire financial situation and not just one "component" such as their life insurance. In the end, when a client chooses to work with our firm, they in effect have chosen to hire a team of Professionals who will focus on helping improve their entire financial situation on an ongoing basis. -
