I'm originally from Nova Scotia and having lived all over the world, I'm now back in Canada.

I have more than twelve years experience as a helping organizations in North America and Asia to deliver superior customer experiences and build rewarding long-term relationships with customers.

Currently, I'm working to launch a mobile money platform in Canada. In my spare time I advise a small network of angel investors, and occasionally work as a strategy consultant to interesting people doing interesting things.

I try to unplug regularly to guide rafts down whitewater rivers around the world, snowboard, and sit on the beach in Nova Scotia.
