Founder/CEO of 2Paths. Entrepreneur & Technical Advisor
Vancouver, Canada Area
2Paths’ mission, which to some extent comes from my personal desires, is to be the “go-to” team for solving hard and interesting problems, ideally on work that has the potential to make the world a better place. Our core values are honesty and integrity in our actions, excellence and challenge in our work and balance in our lifestyle.
As the founder of 2Paths I'm wearing a number of hats. CEO but sometimes CTO, project leader, HR, finance and office manager. I also make coffee and sweep up when needed.

2Paths is a Vancouver-based company and has been creating software since 2002, 100% focused on technical architecture, design and software development. We are technology agnostic, leveraging the appropriate mix of open source, commercial or glue code where needed. 2Paths is vertical-agnostic in terms of industries but our recent work has focused on health sciences and international agencies. We have deep technical expertise, user-centered design, business analysis and agile project management experience.

Predation behaviour of Vancouver Island Cougar (Puma concolor vancouverensis) and its relation to micro- and macroscale habitat.
We radio-collared and tracked ~ 13 cougar on North Vancouver Island for 1.5 years to establish habitat use, movements and hunting/feeding behaviour. Utilized then-cutting edge technology for the field - highly specific telemetry monitors, differential backpack GPS systems and GIS analyses to provide exacting data on the cougar behaviour. Also utilized my dog to find the feeding sites when all the technology did was get us close.
B.Sc , Ecology , September 1990 — May 1995
