Who am I? My name is Eric Dombach and I’ve been a practicing business coach since 2001. Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of businesses in the U.S. and abroad and, in just 4 years, built an award-winning business coaching firm in the U.S. which sold for $1,000,000 USD in 2005, producing an 800% return on my investment. For this accomplishment I've received numerous awards including one from the IFA (International Franchising Association) www.franchise.org in 2005.

Since selling my firm in 2005, I’ve coached and trained over 1300 business coaches in the U. S., Canada, Mexico, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, including both independent business coaches as well as coaches from most of the major business coaching franchise systems and associations including ActionCoach, Focal Point, Sales Partners, AdviCoach, The Entrepreneur’s Source, The Professional Business Coach Alliance, and Gazelles.
